Phil is a Member of the Board of Trustees of the Brandon Trust, a mentor for young people through Education Business Plus and an Accredited Mediator with the Regent’s School of Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology (SPCP).

Phil Colley

Phil’s career includes 18 years with the RAF during which time he led numerous active service operations in Northern Ireland, commanded a squadron in Germany and established a training school in the UK. He completed his RAF career at the UK MoD managing career development, procurement and logistics for 2000 people in units deployed globally working with budgets and contracts of up to £50m.

Phil has since been working at national and International Board level globally, with 20 years commercial experience establishing new business, leading business change & growth. He set up a business providing bespoke multimedia programmes to the automotive, government (List X) & pharmaceutical sectors: contracts to £20M and then led the start-up of an Italian / US joint venture engaging public & private sector clients in Russia, South America, America and Europe.

He now focuses on change leadership, team and business performance.
